Electrical terminal board has molded in corrosion resistant steel studs. Maximum temperature for terminal board is 445 degrees
F. The terminal board is capable of withstanding 2500 volt RMS for 1 minute when applied between adjacent studs
and between stud and ground without breakdown or flashover.
(5)
Cadmium plated copper
buss bars maximum
temperature is
330 degrees F. Requirements: Minimum torque
values: 6 stud - 11 lbs/in, 8 stud 32 lb/in, 10 stud
40 lb/in. The molded integral stud shall not break,
distort or pull out of the terminal board before the
minimum torque value is reached. Mounting hole
sizes: 8-32 & 10-32 threads mount with #4 screw,
3/8 - 24 mounts with #6 screws.

Inexpensive, yet multipurpose
maintenance tool designed
for easy operation. It produces
a quality crimp in a wide
variety of terminals and connectors,
insulated and non-insulated for
sizes 22-10 AWG, plus butt connectors.
(8)
Copper (tin plated) terminals, which,
when crimped comprises a terminal
with less resistance than an
equal length of the conductor.
Wire size also stamped
on terminals. Non-insulated.
(22)
An assembly of a bare terminal fitted with
a funneled copper insulation
gripping sleeve and a tightly
fitting insulation sleeve
made from PVC or nylon.
Most secure type of tongue
style, the attaching screw or stud must be inserted
through hole in tongue; terminal cannot fall off if
nut loosens.
(3)
For splicing or connecting
wires together. Wires are inserted
from either end and butt
against the built-in wire stop.
Has see through nylon "window"
for inspection. Connection is
crimped in two places; one
crimp for each wire. Constructed of one burr-free
EIP copper for highest conductivities, annealed to
insure maximum installed strength with electro tin
plated for maximum corrosion resistance. Each
terminal clearly stamped for positive identification,
color coded for wire range. Open end construction
allows visual inspection of wire locations.
(6)
Male & female slip on terminals
which are not attached
by use of a stud, instead
tongue of female part slips on
mating male part or tab. Provides
quick and easy disconnection of wires. Slip on
terminals have excellent holding force due to detents
and rolled edges on tongue of female. Constructed
of one burr-free EIP copper for highest
conductivity, annealed to insure maximum installed
strength with electro tin plated for maximum
corrosion resistance. Each terminal clearly
stamped for positive identification, color coded for
wire range. Open end construction allows visual
inspection of wire locations.
(2)
Small size for tight spaces, provides connection
security of ring with insertion
ease of spade by not having to
remove nut from screw or
stud post. Small projection
inside tongue fork provides
snap-on mechanism "locking"
terminal in place like ring terminal. Extra force required
to remove which will not fall off stud or
screw. Constructed of one burr-free EIP copper
for highest conductivity, annealed to insure maximum
installed strength with electro tine plated for
maximum corrosion resistance. Each terminal
clearly stamped for positive identification, color
coded for wire range. Open end construction allows
visual inspection of wire locations.
